The article is dedicated to the fate of archaeologist B.A. Koyshevsky, creator of the “Card index of monuments of the Leningrad region” and compiler of the “Archaeological map of the Pskov district”, the author of one of the first generalizing works “Results of the archaeological study of Bashkiria”, published after his death, and the “Card index of Koyshevsky” which formed the basis of the “Archaeological map of Bashkiria.”
