The article presents the description of archaeological materials related to the second half of the irst millennium AD that were found in the forest-steppe zone of Bashkortostan on both sides of the Urals. From ethnocultural perspective these materials are referred to Kushnarenkovo and Karayakupovo cultures of medieval period. Archaeological indings from Sars necropolis are based on the results of ceramics analysis; the key age marks applied to Bekheshevo barrows are presented in the certain complexes of this archaeological monument, which were investigated earlier by A.H. Pshenichnyuk and N.A. Mazhitov. In recent years, burial grounds of this type seem are very rare to found.
